Mike was born and raised in Massapequa, Long Island. Adopted before he was born, where his father was in the military for thirty six years and his mother raised four children, including his sisters Jeanne, Carol and Susan. From an early age he was always interested in the arts. At the age of twelve he was inspired to take up piano lessons from a "Street Performer" who he saw riding on the Circle Line in New York City. During his high school years is where he worked very hard on his craft, with excelling in music and art, and also sang in the choir.
From this point on, Mike pursued music. After graduating high school Mike then decided to go to college for music and was accepted to the prestigious Berklee College of Music where he studied Film Scoring. During his college years Mike worked on a Children's television show "Zebby's Zoo" which he was the voice of the character Nigel and wrote many skit's including Nigels theme "Telling Time." From his experience in working on the TV series , Mike made a decision to pursue acting. This became very clear to him when he saw some friends perform the musical "Hair" at the Boston Conservatory; Mike was drawn to the acting and stage performance. After college, Mike returned to New York and quickly enrolled into an acting program in New York City.
Working a full time job, he took classes in the evenings and on weekends. Mike studied acting at The Acting Studio, inc. with James Price who taught at the Neighborhood Playhouse under the tutelage of Mr. Miesner. Mike studied the Miesner technique over the years and absorbed everything he can about acting, with a great understanding and passion and drive.
Since graduating from The Acting Studio; Inc. Mike has appeared in "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment", an episode of "ED", and appeared in Marriot hotel commercials. He also shot his first feature film, "Survive this", which will be available on DVD and Video.
Attended the same high school as Steve Guttenberg and 'John Melendez' Aka Stuttering John, formerly of the Howard Stern Show.

In the movie "Sanctified" he Plays two separate Characters but is only credited for his role as a NYPD Officer, the other character he played is a NYPD detective and he is on a cell phone (crime scene). He did it as favor to fill up the scene.
An accomplished composer, has written tons of music. His compositions are played worldwide, including television shows "Wife Swap", "Access Hollywood" and "Zebby's Zoo" to name a few.
Ninety percent of all those who fail are not actually defeated, they simply quit. There is no mistake as great as the mistake of not going on.
