'CSI: Miami' star Eddie Cibrian goes after tabloid

A rep for "CSI: Miami" star Eddie Cibrian has released a statement which reveals the stars legal action against Life & Style Magazine, which he contends has crossed the line by claiming Cibrian cheated on LeAnn Rimes. Both actors appeared together in a 2009 Lifetime film, "Northern Lights," married to other people at the time of production and allegedly struck up a relationship together that saw both marriages end this year. Cibrian's rep tells "Extra" in a statement: "Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others.
